POWER

All Womack Customs effects use standard Boss-style, center-negative, 2.1mm barrel plugs and are designed for 9v operation. There are a few exceptions to this rule, and those exceptions are listed on the item description. I do not make pedals battery operable. If you desperately need to battery-operate your pedals, Contact me and we will work out a custom order to fit your needs. Please be careful what you plug in and where. There are no free repairs for stuff you break via stupidity.

LEAD-TIMES

Here's the truth: I have a life. Such as it is, pedal building will most days take a back seat to any of 100 other things I may be doing. Between ministry, gigs, and traveling, lead-times may be flexible by a few days. I will try my best to keep them updated, but if you're wondering where your pedal is, or when it will ship, the best course of action is to Contact me.

REFUNDS

I will guarantee that your pedal will work and will do everything it is meant to do as described here on the site. I will not however, guarantee that you will like what it does. While I am fairly confident you will, guitar tone is one of the most subjective, argued-about things in music, and I won't pretend to guarantee that my pedals will agree with your idea of how your guitar should sound. If your pedal doesn't work, I will do everything in my power to resolve the situation, and if an agreement cannot be reached, I will issue a full refund upon receipt of the damaged pedal.

MY SWITCH/KNOB/JACK/ETC BROKE, WHAT DO I DO?

Contact me.  We'll start there. If I can diagnose and fix it without needing to have it shipped, then that's a win-win. If it does require a repair that you can't handle yourself, I'll repair it for the cost of shipping it back to you. (Standard wear-and-tear/faulty-parts only! Again, no free fixes if you're stupid and break something because you're stupid.)

HOW WILL MY PEDAL BE SHIPPED?

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be included in an email when your pedal ships.

International customers please note: Womack Customs takes no responsibility and will not pre-pay or reimburse you for any duties, taxes, and/or processing fees associated with you receiving your package in your nation. We also do not declare international shipments as “gifts” or under-declare values of international shipments.
